Benign hypertension is a type of high blood pressure that occurs without any symptoms and signs and hence it cannot be determined unless you perform a regular check up. Initially when it occurs it does not have any symptoms and is not dangerous to a person’s health. The blood pressure increases than the normal levels in people suffering from benign hypertension. The increase in blood pressure is slow at its initial stage and then it rises and hence it is named as benign hypertension. Benign hypertension can be mild or severe and it is characterized by certain symptoms such as severe headache, feeling of nausea, problems in vision, sensation of buzzing in ears. Severe headaches results in vomiting followed by pain in the eye balls, which is responsible for worsening the condition of benign hypertension.
