How to deal with low blood pressure levels in human beings?

Normal blood pressure of the human being is 120/80 mm of Hg and at any time if the blood pressure of the individual goes below this normal range, then it is called as hypotension or low blood pressure. The symptoms found in people having hypotension are: dizziness, lethargy, weak, fatigue. This hypotension mainly affects the heart in which case the heart has to overwork to meet the requirements.
There are many reasons for low blood pressure of which malnutrition due to the deprivation of proteins, vitamins, calories and irregular diet practices are found to be the most responsible cause for this. Blood loss and emotional instability are also documented to cause hypotension.

Intake of diet which is rich in vitamin C, Vitamin B complex and pantothenic acid helps to relieve the problem of hypotension caused due to malnutrition. Eating fruits and fresh vegetables like beetroot, Indian spikenard is also found to be helpful. The salt intake must be increased in the food. Doing regular physical exercises like swimming, cycling, walking and breathing exercises also gives convincing results to cure hypotension. Even though hypotension is not life threatening disease, it should not be taken lightly as this may be a symptom for other major diseases.
