Healthy levels of blood pressure for females

The nutrients and oxygen required for the body is carried out by the blood to different parts and the heart pumps the blood and force exerts by the blood against the inner walls of the arteries is often termed as blood pressure.
When we try to understand the blood pressure, one must understand that there are two different measures of pressure namely systolic and diastolic pressure. 120/80 mm of Hg pressure is considered as normal blood pressure. The normal blood pressure often varies from individual to individual and it is commonly depends on various factors including age, weight, amount of physical exercises, level of stress, body temperature, posture, medication and diet of the individual.
The normal blood pressure of women is commonly affected by the hormonal imbalance, wellness of the heart and the blood vessels and also by the affected kidneys. When the blood pressure of the individual exceeds the normal range then it is diagnosed to be high blood pressure.

The consequences of high blood pressure are severe in the form of kidney failure, heart attacks and other cardio related problems. Additionally, the birth control pills and smoking adds the risk of hypertension for women. Though clinical studies show that women are less likely to hypertension than men, a healthy life cycle coupled with body exercises aids in maintaining normal blood pressure.
